Ningbo South Railway Station South Square Project Progress Management Research

Project management is an important part of engineering construction,systematic and scientific management not only has important significance to single project,but also plays a decisive role in the healthy development of the construction unit itself,and the implementation of the project schedule control is an important part of project management.Therefore,in order to achieve the overall goal of the construction progress,the project construction schedule must be controlled.Plan and control method of schedule management in this paper in the construction of public transport infrastructure projects,the basic idea is to combined project management of network planning technology in the real estate and construction project management quality control and cost control organically according to different processes,different methods are used to schedule management,and the application of ideas to the city of Ningbo south railway station area planning and construction schedule of the project management process.The main work and achievements are as follows:(1)collect data and information of planning and controlling of Ningbo south railway station south square construction project management,analyzes the project management achievements;(2)Summarize the planning project schedule management of Ningbo south train station area by using network planning method,analyse the uncertain factors that affect project schedule management,and research the balance of planning project bottleneck resource arrangement.(3)through the network planning method and combined with the actual progress management,empirical research of Ningbo south railway station area planning project was carried out,progress management measures were summarized.Through this research,quality management,cost management and schedule management of Ningbo south railway station area were systematically expounded by taking the whole construction process into account,thus prove the effective use of general resources,resolve the problem of resources bottleneck,and determine the method of schedule management of Ningbo south railway station was feasible.
