| Since the opening of the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway in 2008,China’s first high-speed railway,the Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway,the operating mileage of high-speed railway has been greatly improved across the country,setting off a large-scale investment and construction boom of high-speed railway.According to China’s medium-and long-term railway network plan,it is expected that the "Eight Horizontal and Eight Vertical" high-speed railway network will be completed by 2025.The opening of the high-speed rail between city will shorten the travel time and promote flow between elements in the city,thus affecting regional economic spillover effect between,to invest in the construction of high-speed rail scale in our country,it is necessary for the impact of regional economic spillover effects of path and the size of the impact test,the study of the problem of regional economic development in our country and further planning of the high-speed rail network has a realistic significance.Therefore,this article first to the high-speed opening spillover effects on regional economic theory analysis,the influence of and based on more than 275 local and city in our country in 2001-2016 panel data of the data,using spatial econometric model to empirical analysis,to bring the space-time compression effect in spatial weight matrix,by comparing the experiment results testing high-speed opened spillover effect on urban economic growth influence the total effect.Based on theoretical analysis,this paper puts forward the high-speed rail network existence and externality,the opening of the high-speed rail will lead time compression effect,thus facilitating the flow of factors of production and industrial agglomeration,form new economic growth pole,for overflow caused by regional economic "back wash effect" and "diffusion effect" two different direction,the influence of the impact cannot treat as the same size and the direction,so it is necessary for China’s high-speed rail opened spillover effects on the economy overall influence direction are empirically tested.The results of empirical analysis show that there is a significant positive spatial spillover effect between urban economic output levels in China,which indicates that urban economic output levels are not randomly distributed in space.Further comparison,found that the opening of the high-speed railway in our country to strengthen labor input space spillover effect,also make the space of the urban economic growth correlation coefficient significantly increased from 0.932 to 0.971,the high iron opened between city tongda shorter time,promote the flow of labor between cities,so as to enhance the spillover effect of economic growth among the cities.Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the following policy Suggestions: attach importance to the matching degree of high-speed railway and urban economic development,the planning of high-speed railway network should pay attention to the location characteristics of the city,play to the advantages of the city,rely on the high-speed railway network,and the regions should cooperate with each other to promote the coordinated development of China’s economy. |
