Study On Evaluation And Spatial-temporal Evolution Of The Industry-city Integration In Yunnan Province Based On The Coupling Theory

As an open gateway to South and Southeast Asia in the country’s “the Belt and Road” development strategy,Yunnan has a prominent strategic position.However,in the past ten years,problems such as resource wasting and environmental degradation caused by the traditional urbanization development model in Yunnan Province have become increasingly prominent.As a province relying on resource to develop,this severely hindered the economic development and urbanization of Yunnan Province,and affected the role of Yunnan Province in “the Belt and Road”.How to break the bottleneck of economic development,and achieve regional coordinated and sustainable development through the industry-city integration has become the focus of domestic scholars and governments.Based on the coupling theory,this author explored the characteristics and evolution of the development of the industry-city integration in Yunnan Province.It is significant that it provides a certain theoretical basis for the subsequent urbanization and economic development of Yunnan Province.Based on the existing research,an evaluation system was built based on the core connotation of industry-city integration,and uses the coupling model to measure the development of industry-city integration in Yunnan Province from 2010 to 2017.Then,the characteristics and evolution of the integration of production and city in Yunnan were explored from the aspects of coordinated development level,coordinated development types,and coordinated development differences.Finally,based on the above analysis,to analyze the influencing factors of industry-city integration development in each city of Yunnan Province,and countermeasures for the development of industry-city integration are proposed according to the characteristics of regional development.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)Evaluation of industry-city integration in Yunnan Province: The overall development of the " industry-human ","urban-human "," industry-urban",and " industry-human-urban" systems in Yunnan Province are reluctantly coordinated,and the level of industrial development>the level of urban development>the level of resident development.The development of each city system is imbalanced,is one of three types of moderate,mild,and imminent imbalance;The spatial patterns of the coordination levels of the four systems are "middle high,low all around","northwest high,southeast low”,and "middle high,low on both sides";The spatial patterns of the differences in the level of development of the four systems are "middle high,low on both sides","south high and north low,west high and low east","west high and low east",and "south high and north low".(2)Characteristics of the Evolution of industry-city integration in Yunnan Province: From 2010 to 2017,the overall coordination of the " industry-human ","urban-human "," industry-urban",and " industry-human-urban" systems in Yunnan Province increased with a decreasing trend.The coordinate type of system becomes barely coordinated from moderate imbalance through three or four stages.The coordination of system is decreasing in most cities,and increasing in few,with three types of changes: "V","W",and "\".The coordinate type of each city system changes between the three types of moderate,mild,and imminent imbalance in the same type or across types;The spatial patterns of evolutionary types of the four systems’ coordination are "border-inland subdivision","east-west subarea ","north-southwest-southeast subarea " and "east-west subarea ";The spatial patterns of evolutionary difference of the four systems’ coordinatio n "Zhaotong-Puer link,up and down subarea","two rings and one area","increasedecrease-increase-decrease,alternately distributed" and "Yuxi as the center,radially and alternately distributed from northeast,northwest,and southwest”.(3)Influencing factors and countermeasures of industry-city integration in Yunnan Province: There are five main influencing factors,which are industrial development scale and efficiency,industrial development quality and innovation,urban public service,population development and land construction,and social security and employment.However,there are differences in the influencing factors of Industry-city integration between regions.According to the differences,countermeasures are proposed.
