Research On Spatial Form Of New Generation Information Technology Industrial Park From The Perspective Of Industry-city Integration

In recent years,with the transformation and upgrading of national industries,strategic emerging industries have become more and more dominant.As a representative of national strategic emerging industries,the planning and construction of the new generation of information technology industry parks are stepping forward in the dir refinement and specialization.However,there are still many problems in the development of the new generation of information technology industry parks at present,which fail to make a reasonable and appropriate positioning according to their own actual characteristics and development conditions.The design of space form simply reproduces the construction mode of other high-tech industry parks.Meanwhile,a large number of new generation of information technology industry parks also face problems such as insufficient integration of their own space form and urban space.Therefore,this paper focuses on the new generation of information technology industry,focusing on the characteristics of the new generation of information technology industry,from the "production","city" and "people" point of view of park space shape design strategy.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the theory and general situation of the integration development of big data industry and new generation information technology industry park.Taking the time as the axis,this paper vertically selects four information technology industrial parks and a new generation of information technology industrial parks,analyzes the space form of the new generation of information technology industrial parks one by one from the aspects of functional layout,open space,transportation space and so on,analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the process of industrial park integration of the new generation of information technology industrial parks;and then summarizes the principles of industrial park space design under the perspective of industrial park integration by analyzing the urban design guidelines of different cities and regions,the overall economic and social cultural environment of the city where the new generation of information technology industrial parks are located,the industrial demand of the industry itself and the leading role of the behavior of the new generation of information technology practitioners in the spatial form of the new generation of information technology industrial parks.After summarizing the problems in the process of the integration of industrial and urban space in the new generation of IT industry park and the principles of the design of industrial and urban space in the park,this paper puts forward the design strategy of the integration of industrial and urban space in the three aspects of the new generation of IT industry itself,industrial employees and industrial and urban relations,namely,"production","city" and "people",and then applies the design strategy in the planning and design of Huainan Yunvalley Big Data Industrial Park.It provides a reference for the planning and design of a new generation of information technology industrial park.
