| Under the rapid and sound development of the Chinese economy,power companies have shown excellent growth prospects,but the corresponding competition has gradually become fierce.In this case,the key to the company’s ability is the company’s production efficiency.The efficiency of an enterprise cell,a team,is especially important.Generally speaking,the most convenient way to improve the production efficiency of an enterprise is to invest more resources,such as better production machines,factory locations,and more skilled workers.However,it is clear at a glance that this is not a long-term solution,and there will always be an upper limit on the increase in resources.How can the efficiency and production capacity of the enterprise keep pace with the development with the minimum hardware input? The research object of this article is S Hydropower Plant.In recent years,as the movement of S Hydropower Plant personnel has solidified,the bottleneck of development has begun to appear In particular,the problem of low productivity of production teams has become an urgent problem that needs to be solved.Therefore,this article analyzes the team with a philosophical thinking of system theory,and uses theoretical analysis and field evaluation to specifically study the work management of the team.Based on the existing problems in the work of the team,analyze the structure and operation process of the team management system,evaluate the efficiency of the team through the gray system theory,find out the factors that affect the efficiency of the team,and propose corresponding optimization strategies based on the determined factors.The main points and conclusions of this article are as follows:First,the system theory and the control theory,information theory,and gray system theory related to the system theory are described and summarized as the basis for analysis and evaluation.Secondly,it briefly introduces the basic situation and existing problems of the S team in S hydropower plant,and analyzes the management system of the team,mainly studying its structure and operation process.Based on the grey system theory again,determine the evaluation indicators of the S hydropower plant management system,and determine the weights of these indicators in conjunction with the AHP analytic hierarchy process.After calculating the grey correlation coefficients of each indicator,analyze the grey correlation between each indicator and the reference In order to evaluate the efficiency of the S hydropower plant team,find out the factors that affect the overall efficiency of the S hydropower plant team.Finally,according to the determined influencing factors,two strategies for optimizing the efficiency of the team are proposed,namely the team work management cooperation mechanism and the team work management control mechanism. |
