Study On Contractor Selection Model For Fabricated Cold Warehouse Constraction On AHP-Grey Relational Analysis Method Study

With the development of Cold chain logistics in domestic market,from 2011,Swire Group launch 13 cold storage warehouse project nearby bigger cities of China for meet local market demands.Meanwhile,cold storage construction have long period and high-tech characteristics.So,every details of design,construction and project management will affect the final quality,lead-time and cost of cold storage warehouse.Finally,building up contractor’s selection system and using the scientific method to select the general contractor for cold storage warehouse construction project is very significant.This paper,based on the first cold storage warehouse construction project experience of Swire Group,analysis current difficulty and risks on selection of cold storage warehouse construction,and find out importance of building up standard and appropriated method on cold storage warehouse construction project.And,it studies whole construction process and key technologies,and list every project factors.It talks about key factors by organizing experts to evaluate and analyze,calculating factors relative weight by APH,and using gray relational analysis to select the best general contractor by their service condition.This old assessment method pay more attention on construction cost,not considering more quality and service issues.However,the new method integrate key factors with weights to make out the best main construction contractor.In this paper,it makes a standard selection method on main construction contractor for Swire group,simplify assessment process,and shorten the selection duration.Meanwhile,the key factors will change in according with enhanced experience on construction and material technology.So in future,the technical data coming from construction process should be collected,and which will adjust the key factors and weight value on-going to keep reasonable and scientific.
