| With the rapid development of social economy,countries all over the world have formulated new energy development strategies of diversified power generation methods and renewable power sources to cope with environmental climate change.How to promote the construction and development of photovoltaic which was the main force of green energy power generation has become the main topic of energy reform in various countries.Although photovoltaic construction in China has made advanced progress at this stage,compared with western countries,it is still in its infancy in terms of development success and maturity.How to use government incentives to efficiently promote the construction of photovoltaic projects,realize the coordinated development of photovoltaic construction and the regional economy,and maximize the advantages of photovoltaic power generation in energy reform,and other related issues are worthy of in-depth analysis and research by experts and scholars in China’s power industry.In order to solve this problem,on the basis of combing experts and scholars’ research on photovoltaic construction influencing factors,evaluation of policy effects,and results of energy system models,this paper selects the impact of photovoltaic energy application systems as a starting point.A systematic study of incentive policies in photovoltaic construction was conducted.Based on various influencing factors,this article builds a photovoltaic construction development simulation model and an evaluation model for the coordination between photovoltaic construction and regional economic development.It analyzes and evaluates the impact of each incentive policy scenario on the two dimensions of photovoltaic construction development and the degree of photovoltaic coordination.On the basis of the analysis of impacts,adjustment suggestions for incentive policies are proposed.In the photovoltaic construction simulation model simulation analysis,a photovoltaic construction process simulation model was constructed based on the system dynamics theory.The model includes three subsystems:electricity production and consumption,installed capacity and investment,and regional economy.In the analysis of the photovoltaic construction coordination assessment model,based on the main variables of the system dynamics model and the coupling coordination theory,a coordination assessment model for photovoltaic construction and regional economic development was constructed.The model includes three modules:photovoltaic production,photovoltaic investment and regional economy system.This article learns the development experience of domestic and foreign incentive policies,and sets different scenarios for incentive policies.By simulating the photovoltaic construction process in the simulation model and calculating the comprehensive benefits and coordination degree of photovoltaic construction and regional economic development in the evaluation model,the effects of different incentive policies on the stability of photovoltaic construction investment,the completion of installed targets,and coordinated development are obtained.Based on the results of the photovoltaic construction development simulation analysis and coordination level assessment analysis under the incentive policy,specific incentive policy suggestions are proposed to help promote the development of photovoltaic construction and improve coordination of photovoltaic construct.Research on photovoltaic construction incentive policies can provide theoretical support for the exploration of policy adjustment directions and reference experience for achieving sustainable development of photovoltaic construction,and accelerate the pace of China’s energy transition. |
