Research On Development Strategy Of T Architectural Design Institute

China’s economic growth has transferred from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage.2018 was a year to be considered as ups and downs in China national real estate market and a year of major changes in the construction industry.The construction industry has transferred and upgraded the development mode from pursuing the "Quantity" to the "Quality".Engineering overall contracting,prefabricated buildings,environment friendly buildings,buildings with intelligence and information technology have become the new main development trend.As the subdivision of the construction industry,the architectural design industry has also entered a period of transformation and development,which carrying out overall contracting business,contracting engineering consulting services for the entire life cycle,and expanding the application and development of building information modeling(BIM)technology throughout the building process,and developing the environment friendly buildings and energy-saving buildings,thus to provide important core competitiveness for the transformation and upgrading of the architectural design industry.Under the environment where opportunities and threats coexist,as a private architectural design institute,it is suggested to take suitable development strategy as a guide to continuously improve the core competitiveness and hold the development direction.This paper takes T Architectural Design Institute as the research object,which based on a review of relevant literature for development strategies,combined with the new situation of the domestic architectural design industry development,comprehensively introduces the basic situation of T Architectural Design Institute.Through the five force model,EFE matrix and IFE Matrix and other analysis tools,this paper analyzes the external and internal environment of the design institute,and then uses the SWOT analysis method to formulate a growth development strategy and combines the three-level model of McKinsey to clarify the corporate vision,strategic direction,strategic goals,strategy implementation and guarantee system.This paper points the development direction for T Architectural Design Institute in the current situation,and also provides the references of strategy selection for other companies.
