| Since 2019,with the slowdown of national economic growth,residents’ disposable income has been greatly affected,and the home appliance industry has been hit by both the macro economy and the consumer market.While the sales growth of traditional home appliances has been cooling down collectively,healthy home appliances have become a key area for the home appliance industry to grow against the trend due to the increased attention paid to health.In this context,as a leader in the home appliance industry,Company A plans to carry out an air purifier research and make it a new profit growth point for company A in the field of home appliances.However,R&D projects with technological innovation as the main work content have many uncertain factors.There are many cases of failure due to failure to resolve the risks of R&D projects.Therefore,in the process of developing new air purifier projects,Company A needs to learn from the experience of previous R&D project failures and do a good job of risk management in the R&D projects.This article first combed the research results of the relevant theories and literature on the risk management of R&D projects at home and abroad,and carried out practical research on the risk management of company A’s air purifier R&D projects.Next,this article uses R&D project risk identification methods and risk identification tools to identify the main risks in the R&D management process of company A’s air purifier project.The identified risks include socio-political risks,economic risks,technical risks,management risks and intellectual property rights risks.On this basis,the above risks are further subdivided.Among them,socio-political risks include consumer policy risks and technical standard risks,economic risks include market competition risks and cost risks,and technical risks include technical complexity risks and technical reliability risks.And cross-border technology update speed risk,management risk includes communication risk,resource scheduling risk and schedule control risk,intellectual property risk includes intellectual property infringement risk.Then,use the risk evaluation model to evaluate and confirm the levels of various risks,and get the top eight risk items of company A’s air purifier research and development projects,including the plan execution risk in the management risk,the project development cost management and control risk in the economic risk,the plan control ability risk in the management risk,the technical level risk in the technical risk,the plan development risk in the management risk,and the industry in the economic risk Competition situation risk,resource adequacy risk in management risk.So that it can make suggestions for the high-level risks of company A’s air purifier research and development projects.Based on the above-mentioned risk analysis and evaluation work,this article proposes a combination of risk retention strategies,risk aversion strategies,risk transfer strategies and risk suppression strategies for the high-level risks of company A’s air purifier project.At the same time,combined with the entire research and development cycle of the air purifier project of Company A,and using the FMEA method to propose risk response measures for the entire process of the project for high-level risks in the project,and reduce the risks of the project through management and control measures at various stages such as product planning stage,conceptual design stage,detailed design stage,trial production verification stage,and mass production stage.In order to further enhance the monitoring of the risk process of the R&D project,this article recommends that the air purifier R&D project of Company A establish a regular risk checklist and risk responsibility mechanism,a random inspection mechanism by the project director and a risk monitoring mechanism throughout the project to ensure the risk of the R&D project Be effectively controlled. |
