Project risk management is an important part of modern engineering project construction management.With the increasing demand of viaduct in China,the number of viaduct construction projects is increasing.However,due to the viaduct construction cycle is long,high work,cross work and other characteristics,the project construction accidents have caused serious casualties and property losses.Therefore,carrying out risk assessment is of great significance to improving risk decision-making level,eliminating hidden dangers,reducing accidents and avoiding casualties and property losses.Through the risk analysis of JN urban viaduct project in the construction process,this paper identifies the risk factors of the project and makes corresponding risk response measures to ensure the efficient implementation of the project.Specific content analysis mainly includes the following aspects:(1)construction risk identification of JN urban viaduct project.In this part,JN urban viaduct project is selected as the specific research object,and risks in this project are analyzed in detail by Delphi method.(2)establish a fuzzy hierarchy method on the selection of specific methods for risk analysis of construction risk management of JN urban viaduct project,which can provide a reasonable and effective means of analysis and evaluation for construction risk analysis of JN urban viaduct project.(3)propose solutions to the construction risks of JN urban viaduct project.Summarize and evaluate the detailed analysis results of the above project risk management risks,and take corresponding solutions to specific problems,so as to promote the orderly development of the project.Through the study in this paper can get the following conclusions:(1)through the Delphi method,this paper get Jacqueline Nottingham city viaduct project risk in the process of construction are as follows:the early stage of the project risks,risks of u-shaped beam precast,excavation of bored piles construction risk,risk,pier cap beam cofferdam construction risk,u-shaped beam transport risks,risks of u-shaped girder erection,a total of 7 level of risk,which includes a total of 30 secondary risks.(2)as can be seen from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the overall risk evaluation result of JN urban viaduct project shows that the hazard degree is "moderate",the probability is "moderate",and the corresponding risk level is "level III".(3)in this paper,specific risk response measures are proposed from 7 aspects,including the risk of preliminary engineering and the risk of u-beam prefabrication,so as to ensure effective risk management of JN urban viaduct construction project.
