Evaluation And Analysis Of The High-quality Development Level Of The Construction Industry In The Yangtze River Delta

In the new era,high-quality development is proposed to adapt to the new economic normal.The construction industry is one of the three pillar industries in my country,and the high-quality development of the construction industry has become an indispensable part.The overlap of the "Belt and Road" and the Yangtze River Economic Belt makes the Yangtze River Delta have exemplary significance in my country’s modernization and opening up pattern.Therefore,studying the high-quality development level of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Delta is of great significance in the new era.On the basis of extensive literature research,this article first summarized the relevant literature on the high-quality development of the construction industry,laying a theoretical foundation for subsequent quantitative analysis.Next,we will analyze the development of the construction industry in the Changze River Delta,quantitatively explain the development of the construction industry in the Changze River Delta from the two perspectives of the overall picture and the industrial structure,and use the DEA model method in 2018.Analyze the development efficiency of the construction industry in Jiangxi Delta.In the sense of high-quality development,to achieve the goal of achieving common progress in economic growth and development quality,to achieve comprehensive scale,growth efficiency,innovative development,cooperative development,green development,open development,and shared development.A more comprehensive system of aspects.Scientific and comprehensive evaluation index system.According to the statistical data of construction companies in three states and one city in the Yangtze River Delta region,the entropy method is used from the time and space dimensions to obtain the high-quality development level of the construction industry in Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui.Empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)The quality development level of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Delta has been continuously improved.Since 2004,the overall development level of the construction industry in the Yangtze River Delta region has continued to improve,and the total economic volume and development quality have continued to improve.Among them,the construction industry has focused on growth efficiency and green development.It plays the most important role in promoting quality development.(2)The high-quality development of the regional construction industry is uneven.Jiangsu Province has the highest level of high-quality development in the construction industry,with balanced and stable scores for all indicators.The quality development level of Shanghai’s construction industry is relatively high.The quality development level of the construction industry in Zhejiang Province is relatively low,which is not proportional to the scale of construction.The place with the lowest level of quality development in the construction industry in Anhui Province.Finally,the measures and suggestions based on the five development concepts enable the quality development of the Yangtze River Delta construction industry to provide a way for the development of a new era of high-quality construction industry.Figure 22 table 18 reference 81...
