| Compared with traditional construction projects,theme park projects involve complex work areas,and use a large number of special materials,and the quality requirements of conventional materials are relatively high,which is often difficult to deal with for the procurement management level of conventional housing construction project teams.The G company and TH project in which the author works have strong representativeness in such enterprises and projects,and the problems in procurement management are also universal.Based on this,this paper hopes to provide some reference for the procurement management of similar projects through a detailed analysis of the procurement management of this project.Firstly,this paper introduces the purchasing management system of G company and the characteristics of TH project.On this basis,it focuses on the analysis of the main difficulties and problems encountered by the purchasing management team in TH project.For example,the scope of optional suppliers is limited,their needs are not clear,the division of work interface is not clear,the procurement process is cumbersome,and the root causes of the problem are analyzed in detail.In view of these problems,this paper proposes comprehensive improvement measures for TH project procurement management in four stages,including procurement planning,simplification of transaction process,coordination of multi-trade-offs,supplier strategic cooperation and so on.Through the above research,this paper argues that G company is not fully applicable to the theme park project when facing the conventional procurement management mode of housing construction projects.It should be improved sequentially from the four stages of planning procurement,implementing procurement,managing procurement and closing procurement in accordance with the characteristics of the company and the project. |
