The progress and development of society are closely related to human resources,especially for enterprises.Human resources can be said to play an indispensable role in their development.Among all the main resources of economic activities,human resources are the most active and creative resources.The generation and play of the utility of material resources and funds cannot be separated from the role of human resources.Human resources have become the primary resource for the development of enterprises,and to give full play to the role of human resources,Staff incentive will bear the brunt of every enterprise unit must pay attention to the problem.As a functional state-owned enterprise,S Expressway Group has the common characteristics of state-owned enterprises.With the development of the company,staff turnover,staff negative performance and other problems.The lack of incentive effect has become one of the obstacles to the sustainable development of human resources.How to give full play to the incentive function under the current increasingly complex new situation and stimulate the work enthusiasm of the grass-roots staff to the maximum extent is particularly important.This paper takes S Expressway Group as the research object,and studies the incentive problem of its employees,so as to promote the establishment of a more scientific and perfect incentive mechanism,enhance the enthusiasm of employees,and make them better serve S Expressway Group.The research topic of this paper takes S Expressway Group,the author’s employment unit,as the research case.Firstly,it introduces the research background,purpose,significance and method of this paper,and introduces relevant research books and literature materials at home and abroad to establish a research framework for this paper.Secondly,it introduces the definition of incentive and the connotation concept of incentive mechanism,and expounds the content of hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory and equity theory,which provides theoretical basis for the creation of this paper.Thirdly,the basic situation of S highway and the development of enterprise employee incentive mechanism,using the way of questionnaire survey to collect employee satisfaction information,the S highway incentive mechanism is now a systematic evaluation,and analysis of the information data in the S highway problems and reasons.Finally,clear S highway employee incentive mechanism optimization ideas and criteria,and then from the company’s salary,material rewards,spiritual praise,annual performance inspection,training ability and future development and other aspects of S highway enterprise incentive mechanism optimization.At the same time,according to the proposed optimization of S highway enterprise employee incentive mechanism measures,from the improvement of the enterprise employee performance inspection mechanism,strengthen the internal system and cultural construction of the enterprise,and enhance the leadership management ability of these three levels to complement the enterprise employee incentive mechanism,promote the development of the enterprise.
