| With the development of economic globalization and construction industrialization,construction projects are gradually developing in a clustering,large-scale and comprehensive trend.In an environment where multiple projects in a project group are in parallel,the conflict of resource allocation among multiple projects is increasingly prominent Important issues that affect the survival and development of an enterprise.Based on the perspective of construction enterprises,this thesis studies the current problem of balanced allocation of resources in construction enterprise projects,and seeks solutions to resource conflicts and resource idle problems caused by unbalanced resource demands.The transformation from high-quality development.Through the analysis of the project group and related concepts,this thesis clarifies the similarities and differences of project group management,multi-project management and project portfolio management,and defines the research object of this thesis as a construction enterprise project group containing multiple projects,in which multiple projects in the project group have common the strategic objectives are more concentrated in time and space to facilitate overall management.Aiming at the characteristics of the large demand for resource of the project group,uneven distribution and large fluctuation range,the use of the slack time available for all processes in the key chain network plan of the project group to adjust the actual start time of the process activity to build a resource balance based on the key chain optimize the configuration model.First,rely on the critical chain network plan to analyze balanced resource objects,design an evaluation index system for the importance of resource balanced objects,and clarify the meaning and calculation method of each evaluation index.Secondly,based on the theory of resource entropy,the objective function of resource balance scheduling of construction enterprise project group and the constraint conditions of project group resource balance variable based on key chain network planning technology are established.The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the project resource balance allocation model,and the applicability of the method is analyzed.Finally,the validity of the method model is verified by a case of balanced allocation of project group resources in a construction enterprise.Based on the construction enterprise’s perspective,this thesis establishes a project resource balance allocation model,which provides an effective method for construction enterprise project group resource allocation.The research results show that the resource balance allocation model constructed by combining the key chain theory and resource entropy theory is used It can achieve good results in solving the problem of balanced allocation of project group resources. |
