Rural Passenger Transport Network Planning Based On The Urban And Rural Road Passenger Transport Integration

In recent years,the trend of urban-rural integration has become more and more obvious with the steady development of China’s social economy and the acceleration of urbanization.The demarcation line between urban and rural passenger transport is becoming increasingly blurred,the economic factors as well as personnel flow between the two places are becoming increasingly frequent,and the rural passenger operation as an intermediary between urban and rural areas is focused more and more.As the demand for passenger transportation increases annually,the original passenger transportation network can no longer meet the travel requirements of urban and rural residents.It is urgent to establish a unified,open,and coordinated urban and rural passenger transport system,scientifically plan the urban and rural passenger transport network,improve transportation efficiency,and realize urban and rural passenger transport,optimizing allocation of resources.Based on this,this paper studies the rural passenger transport network planning for integrated urban and rural road passenger transport.Primarily,this paper expounds the related concepts of the integration of urban as well as rural road passenger transport and analyzes the modes,and passenger flow characteristics of the rural passenger transport network.Then,the author puts forward the planning principle of the rural passenger line network and divides the rural passenger line network into two levels:the urban and rural passenger line network as well as the township and village passenger line network.A dual-objective model with the shortest average distance and optimal road conditions was constructed for the urban-rural passenger transport line,and a genetic algorithm was used to solve it.A minimum spanning tree model was constructed for the passenger branch line,and solved using Kruskal algorithm.Finally,this article uses the Lengshuitan District of Yongzhou City for example,developing the rural passenger line network planning of Lengshuitan District.By the end of the planning period,the urban and rural road passenger transportation in Lengshuitan District will reach a comprehensive integration level.Currently,urban and rural road passenger transport integration in China is still at its initial stage.There are also few systematic planning methods,especially for rural passenger transport.Based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper puts forward the planning method of rural passenger line network and applies it in practice,which causes certain theoretical significance for the research on the integration development of urban and rural road passenger transport,and creates certain guiding value for the integration construction of urban and rural areas in the future.
