With the continuous acceleration of the new modern urbanization construction process,the in-depth and effective implementation of the integrated urban and rural development strategy,and the in-depth promotion of the new modern rural economic revitalization and development strategy,we must attach great importance to this prominent problem.The relationship between rural and urban areas is increasingly close,people’s living scale and living range are constantly expanding,and the demand is obviously rising.However,due to the emergence of the dual system between urban and rural areas in China,the development of urban tourism passenger transport and rural tourism passenger transport is not balanced,the service network of urban and rural tourism passenger transport is not coordinated,and the connection work is not smooth.Therefore,how to effectively develop the combination of urban tourism passenger transport and rural tourism passenger transport has become the focus of road transport industry.The integration of urban and rural passenger transport is a new way to solve the problem of urban and rural passenger transport development.In order to realize the integration of urban and rural passenger transport,the integration of urban and rural infrastructure is the primary link.Therefore,this paper puts forward a method for rural road network planning,which plans the county and township roads through node classification,node classification,network stratification and hierarchical weaving,and uses the node connectivity method to predict the scale of county and township roads.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the layout scheme.
