| People pay more and more attention to the development of the medical and health industry in the 21st century.Stem cell preparation is a cutting-edge technology in current international life science research which brings new directions and hopes for human body in anti-aging and human health development.But the special process for cell preparation has extremely high requirements on the production environment.How to ensure the efficient and high-quality production of stem cell products in the production environment design is an urgent problem that the pharmaceutical industry is facing.Based on the current background of the stem cell production industry in the initial stage of development,this paper conducts in-depth research on the design requirements of its production buildings,and summarizes the overall requirements for the production environment of stem cell preparation.The research method is combined with the actual production process of stem cell by drawing on the design experience and design requirements of similar pharmaceutical clean room.The main work is as follows:(1)The stem cell preparation center has extremely high requirements on the building environment.Through research and analysis,this paper has designed a new type of multi-functional doors and windows,which fully realizes the doors and windows in the plant to achieve bridge breaking,waterproof,sound insulation,energy saving,sealing,highly clean and sterile Performance requirements.Through the research on the key nodes of stem cells to prepare buildings,we designed an improved manufacturing method of column templates to avoid common quality defects such as rotten roots and exposed ribs in tall columns in clean rooms as well as the design and construction method of corner joints of clean room walls.The deepening design of the deformation joint realizes its high impermeability,high fire resistance,high air tightness and certain self-shock absorption effect.(2)Through the study of sound insulation theory,a design method to improve the sound insulation of walls and sound source equipment is proposed.At the same time,the structure design of the sound insulation cover is studied in combination with the morphological parameters of the air ventilator in the stem cell plant.The design size of the sound insulation cover is optimized by establishing a mathematical model.It is concluded that when the length,width and height of the cover body are 2.729m,2.665 m,2.200m,the design cost of the sound insulation cover is the lowest,and the minimum cost is about 37,657 yuan.Finally,a modal analysis is performed on the acoustic enclosure to demonstrate the rationality of the design.(3)Calculate the heat and cold load of the plant under five different external thermal insulation schemes.Comprehensive comparison of physical properties obtains Phenolic foam insulation board is the best choice.Its cooling and heating load energy saving rate reached 19.93%and 51.83%respectively.The paper also makes quantitative analysis and calculation on the energy saving efficiency of windows and the influence of internal disturbance factors on energy consumption.(4)The paper expounds the application of related design requirements and concepts in practical projects through an engineering example,which provides theoretical guidance for the design of stem cell plant in the future. |
