Research On The Construction Engineering Project Quality Management New Campus Of Qingshan Primary School In Rongcheng

With the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy in recent years,the government’s investment in the field of education is increasing year by year.In some places,due to the acceleration of urbanization and the influx of population,the urban schools are facing greater enrollment pressure,and more and more new elementary and secondary school buildings are being built.As a necessary condition for the healthy and sustainable development of schools,school infrastructure provides basic guarantee for the daily teaching,living and learning activities of teachers and students.The whole construction process has the characteristics of large investment,wide scope and complex project construction process.The school is a crowded place,the quality of school internal construction facilities affect the safety of students.To sum up,it is necessary to use relevant theories to study the quality management of school infrastructure construction projects.This dissertation takes the construction project of new campus of Qingshan primary school in Rongcheng as the research object.This paper analyzes the quality management status of the project in the construction preparation stage,the main construction stage and the completion acceptance stage.Through comparison,the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is selected as the project evaluation method,and the index system of project quality management elements is constructed for evaluation.The evaluation results show that there are many problems in the quality management of the project,including the low level of construction management,imperfect construction quality standards and low management ability of contractors.In view of the deficiency of quality management in the new campus construction project of Rongcheng Qingshan primary school,this paper puts forward the corresponding control measures.Firstly,the principle of projec t quality management is set,and then the quality control is carried out from three aspects of construction preparation stage,main construction stage and completion acceptance stage,emphasizing the importance of quality management system construction.In the construction preparation stage,the quality management control is carried out from three parts: raw material quality inspection and control,construction machinery and equipment,and site environment.The main construction stage from the responsibilities of various personnel to carry out quality management control.At the completion acceptance stage,quality management control is carried out from the aspects of single project quality management and the whole project quality management.This paper puts forward the quality management guarantee measures for the new campus construction project of Rongcheng Qingshan primary school,which provides practical guarantee for the whole process quality management of the project.
