The electric power industry plays a very important role in the national economy.It is of great significance to maintaining people’s daily work and life and industrial development.It is the basic industry of the national economy.But at the same time,due to the particularity of power engineering,its construction projects often have many problems,such as long construction periods,difficult construction,and unstable project operation,which affect the economic benefits of the project construction,and even may have potential safety problems.In the follow-up operation process of the project,it will form a potential crisis,affect the production efficiency,and even cause safety risks.And compared with other engineering projects,power engineering projects have greater risks,and the consequences are more far-reaching and the losses are more severe.Thus,the risk management of a power engineering project is imperative.This dissertation uses the theoretical methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to identify and analyze the risk elements in the construction process and builds the risk evaluation model of the Yanghe Power Station project,which is targeted at the ground proposes corresponding solutions for possible risk elements.The research content of this article is divided into five parts.First,it introduces the research background and purpose of this article,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad to lay a theoretical foundation for the writing of the following article;secondly,it introduces the basic situation of Yanghe Power Station,Pointed out its existing project risk characteristics;afterwards,through the identification of various risks in the construction project of Yanghe Power Station,pointed out its existing environmental risks,economic risks,technical risks,management risks and social risks,and identified Yanghe Power Station Project risk evaluation indicators;again,according to the characteristics of different risk elements identified in the previous article,build a risk evaluation model for the Yanghe power station project,and get the project risk evaluation results;finally,from environmental risk,economic risk,technical risk,and management risk As well as the five perspectives of social risks,a risk response strategy was proposed to deal with the risk factors that may be affected by the construction of Yanghe Thermal Power Station during the construction process.The project was successfully completed and completed.It also provides risk management for thermal power station construction projects in China Provide reference.
