Research On Site Selection For Air Cargo Hub Of JD Logistics

The development of e-commerce in China has greatly improved the economy and promoted the convenience of people’s daily life.But for e-commerce enterprises,higher logistics costs make lower profits.Under the economical environment of high logistics costs,e-commerce enterprises with self-built logistics system,such as JD,have emerged in China.Taking the self-built logistics system as their core competitiveness,these e-commerce enterprises have been approved by consumers.With advantages of high timeliness,high safety and low damage rate of air cargo,JD Logistics is speeding up its layout in the field of aviation.On November 6,2018,the first full-cargo aircraft of JD Logistics successfully launched the first flight,marking that JD Logistics has entered the era of full-cargo aircraft and the construction of JD Logistics Aviation Hub is imminent.However,the current literature has not yet formed a perfect system for the research on the site selection of aviation hub of e-commerce self-built logistics enterprises,which is difficult to play a guiding role in theories and practices of the JD Logistics aviation hub location.Therefore,it is necessary to research on this topic.Firstly,through reviewing a lot of literature,the author analyses the status of e-commerce self-operated logistics,air logistics hub location and the location decision-making model,which provide theoretical supports.Secondly,through the study of the status quo of the location of JD Logistics Aviation Hub,the author clarifies its location needs.Then,combined with location needs,this paper uses the method of literature statistics to initially select influencing factors of the location of JD Logistics aviation hub.In addition,expert scoring is used to measure and analyze the influencing factor system of the primary election.Thereby,the final influencing factor system of location decision is decided.Finally,the author constructs the location decision-making model of JD Logistics Aviation Hub.The weights of the factors are decided by ANP method,and in order to choose the best,four alternatives are ranked by the PROMETHEE which is relied on the cloud model,at the same time,the stability and robustness of the decision-making model are verified by the sensitivity analysis.In addition,measures for the construction are putting forward to improve the construction and operation of JD Logistics Aviation Hub.
