| There are many small and medium-sized reservoirs in China,and many reservoirs need to be reinforced to improve their performance.However,the evaluation of the measures to improve the service performance of the reservoir is still less and lacks the guiding significance.This paper takes the Dabao Reservoir Project as the object,the factors affecting its service performance are analyzed,and the measures and effects of service performance improvement are studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combined with the ’lrelevant statistics data in China,the influencing factors and treatment measures of the service performance of earth dams are studied.Taking Dabao Reservoir as an example,the influencing factors of the service performance of the dam and the corresponding improvement measures are studied.The effect of seepage reinforcement measures for Dabao Reservoir is studied by using finite element theory.(2)The evaluation index system of the service performance improvement measures for Dabao Reservoir is constructed,and the quantitative method of the evaluation index is studied.The G2 method,the least square method of weights,the anti-entropy weight method and the fluctuation method of independent information data were used to analyze the importance of the evaluation indexes,and the deviation maximization method was used for weight fusion.(3)An evaluation model based on the improved set pair analysis method is established,and the combined weight and multiple relation number are fused,and the generalized set pair potential concept is introduced to assist the analysis,which is applied to the evaluation of the effect of the service performance improvement measures for the dam of Dabao Reservoir.(4)Using Visual Basic 6.0,combined with the characteristics of this major,with simple and clear calculation as the purpose,developed a user-friendly,simple to use,accurate calculation of small reservoir dam service performance improvement measures effect analysis system... |
