With the vigorous development of our country’s Road Transport industry and rapidgrowing number of vehicles, traffic safety problem is becoming more and moreserious.Although our country has carried out a lot of work to prevent accidents fromhappening and also curb the momentum of major traffic accidents, but overall, the basic loadis too big, economical losscaused by traffic accidents is also huge. We still face severe roadtraffic safety situation nowadays.As a way to prevent accidents from happening, more furthersupervision from relevant government departments and transportation companies are requiredwhen it comes tosafety production.Bus terminal stations are one of the three basic unit when it comes toRoadtransportation, it is necessary to set up a practical operationalsafety evaluation system toevaluate the safety management, security situation,By applying the system, it would be easierto find out potentialproblems existing in the process of safety production so that we couldcarry out more effective safety supervision and countermeasuresto prevent accidents. This canbe considered as the base and precondition of sustainable development of the roadpassengertransport industry.This paper proceeded from current situation of roadpassenger transportation stations,based on the research of passenger depot andcollection of relevant data, First,by applyingsystematic analysis theory, we have a better way to analyze the influence of people, things andmanagement to the safety management and security situation of passenger stations.Secondly, according to the principles,laws and regulations of index establishingsystem, experts from related field figured out an evaluation index system of thesafety passenger station, which includedone first-level index、 four second-level targets andtwenty six third-level targets, then compared figures by using AHP and G1method, givingthehuge number of characteristics from evaluation index system we chose the G1methodwhich doesn’t require consistency testto calculate the index weight value and then carry outquantitative indicators. In the end,according to the indicator weight, we applied thousandpoints system to give the index score,and make specific refinementonthe index tocomplete the whole safety evaluation index system for bus terminal transportationstations, and we selected abus terminal station to evaluateso as to test the practicability andreasonableness of the safety evaluation index system.
