| With the continuous improvement of China’s economic level,the number of flights in the air has been increasing year by year.In the case that the supply of airspace resources is unable to meet the growth of air traffic flow,airspace will continue to become saturated.Airspace congestion will be aggravated,leading to the increase of flight conflicts and higher flight delay rate.Airspace congestion not only seriously threatens flight safety,but also causes a huge loss to the economic benefits of civil aviation.Therefore,how to alleviate airspace congestion,reduce flight conflicts as well as flight delay rate in the limited airspace resources,so as to improve flight safety and improve the economic benefits of civil aviation,is an urgent issue to be addressed.Air traffic flow management improves the utilization of available airspace capacity by air traffic flow timely adjustment.Firstly,the trajectory of a single aircraft is predicted based on filed flight plan message submitted for each flight before take-off.In addition,the passing time is calculated by the passing time prediction algorithm,and the flow forecast value of the critical waypoint is calculated.Secondly,the waypoint capacity model is used to identify the en-route flow bottlenecks where the flight flow is greater than the capacity.Finally,the multi-airport ground waiting model and various flow management methods are used to reduce the flight flow at the bottleneck point and eliminate the flight flow bottleneck point,so as to achieve the goal of alleviating airspace congestion,reducing flight conflicts and reducing the flight delay rate.The feature and innovation of this dissertation is that the means of centralized processing of flight plan is applied in the research of related flow management methods and technologies in the pre-tactical flight flow management stage to provide a new research idea for the research of air traffic flow management in China.The research not only improve flight safety and reduce flight delay,but also provide intellectual support for the construction of national air traffic flow management system in China. |
