| With the rapid development of civil aviation in China,the contradiction between the airspace structure and operation in the terminal airspace has become increasingly apparent.Under relevant factors such as air traffic control facilities,aircraft performance,and flow management measures,how to effectively deal with the problem of terminal airspace flow management strategies has gradually attracted widespread attention.This dissertation combines the centralized processing of the flight plan with the 4D trajectory of the aircraft in the terminal airspace,implements pre-tactical management of the flow in the terminal area,optimizes the sequence of arriving and departure flights,and improves the flow management capability of the terminal airspace so that the traffic in the terminal airspace.In addition,it reduces the situation of waiting on the ground or in the air,alternate landing,returning to the flight,etc,ensuring the stable operation of the aircraft and improving the efficiency of flow management in the terminal airspace.This dissertation firstly analyzes combs the relevant literature,introduces the domestic and foreign research status of centralized flight plan processing and terminal airspace flow management,the classification of flow management,and the importance of coordinated development of centralized flight plan processing and terminal airspace flow management.Secondly,based on the centralized processing of the flight plan,the4 D trajectory prediction in the terminal area is studied,and the trajectory prediction method based on the equiangular route and the route model are used to obtain the routes of different aircraft types and the flight profiles of the aircraft in the terminal airspace(Including latitude and longitude,speed,altitude,course angle,etc.).Then,it compares the predicted flow rate in the terminal area with the actual flow rate as the target.Based on the flight plan centralized processing system,the flow rate in the terminal area is predicted under normal and abnormal conditions.A discrete GM(1,1)model with an approximate inhomogeneous exponential sequence is established,and this model is used to analyze short-term flow statistics and forecasts,and an example is analyzed.Finally,aiming at the flow optimization problem in the terminal area,a flow optimization sorting model for the terminal airspace is established,and the genetic algorithm design based on the multi-runway aircraft sorting optimization model is explained in detail.Taking the Chengdu terminal airspace as an example,by comparing the results of the FCFS algorithm’s corresponding aircraft optimization sorting and the multi-runway_GA algorithm static sorting optimization results,it is concluded that the genetic algorithm based on the multi-runway aircraft static sorting optimization model is more effective than the FCFS algorithm.The flow in the terminal airspace is optimized,and the flow management daily plan(ADP)record form is filled according to the optimized results to reduce the waiting time of aircraft in the air and improve the efficiency of the airline. |
