| The airspace of Chengdu Terminal Area is affected by geography and military aviation activities,with interlaced routes and complex structure,and aircraft competing for limited airspace resources,which often leads to flight delays and flight conflicts.Flight delays can reduce the economic efficiency of airlines and lead to a bad travel experience for passengers.However,flight conflict will lead to air traffic congestion,increasing the safety risks of aircraft flight,and the control work will also increase the pressure.Therefore,scientific management of air traffic flow should be carried out.It is necessary to implement fast and safe sequencing for incoming flights.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status at home and abroad,and introduces the terminal area,runway configuration,operation mode and the control operation situation of Chengdu multi-airport terminal area.Then,according to the existing problems in the scheduling of incoming flights in Chengdu terminal area,a scheduling model of incoming flights in the terminal area is proposed to solve the problems of flight delay and low operating efficiency of the airport.The model optimizes the total flight delay time and average flight delay deviation of each airport at the same time.In order to improve the deficiency of population diversity of traditional NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm,an improved NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm was proposed by introducing population uniformity and improved crossover operator.Finally,taking the multi-airport terminal area of Chengdu as an example,combined with the flight schedule of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport,the ranking model is simulated.Compared with the FCFS algorithm and the traditional NSGA-Ⅱ genetic algorithm,the results show that the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm has a significant optimization effect,and the model can reduce the delay time of incoming flights in the terminal area and improve the operating efficiency of the airport. |
