Research On The Design Of Protection And Reuse Of Industrial Heritage Cultural Landscape

Since the reform and opening in China rapid advance of urbanization and the rapid development of the productive forces,promote the constant adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure in our country,a batch of production capacity,backward technology,low polluting enterprises to close,merge,conversion,rebuilding and relocated,the original factory as a legacy of state-owned assets or group assets,idle and abandoned for a long time,causing a huge waste.Today,how to protect and reuse them is our challenge and difficulty.In the past,due to the impact of economic restructuring,most of these industrial buildings were demolished and rebuilt,which is undoubtedly a waste of industrial heritage resources,destruction of industrial historical context,increase economic costs,which is no longer in line with the social concept of sustainable development.As an emerging cultural heritage,industrial heritage is the witness of urban development,carrying people’s emotional memory,and has unique cultural and historical value.Therefore,the protection and reuse of industrial heritage has far-reaching significance in economy,history,environment,culture and other aspects.From the perspective of industrial cultural landscape,this paper studies the significance and methods of protection and reuse of industrial heritage cultural landscape.First of all,starting with the concepts of industrial heritage cultural landscape,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage at home and abroad by combining the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad and the actual case analysis.Then it explores the value of the protection and reuse of industrial heritage,summarizes the existing modes of industrial building reconstruction at home and abroad,and studies and analyzes the characteristics and development status of industrial heritage under each mode.This article takes longquanyi district of Chengdu mountain spring town three auto factory as an example,the application research of the industrial heritage protection and reuse design analysis,through the early stage of the data collection and on-the-spot investigation field research,on the surrounding environment,historical evolution,landscape protection present situation,analyzing the present situation and problems of building protection,explore the mountain spring is three factory town car principles and strategy of cultural landscape protection and reuse.Finally,I completed the design scheme of building protection and landscape environment improvement and reuse of the Third Automobile Factory in Sanquan Town,hoping to provide reference for the protection and reuse of industrial heritage in the future.
