| The quality of China’s economic development and the level of urbanization is improving steadily.Road lighting is an important part of urban public municipal construction,and the construction investment will increase.However,the intelligent control of existing street lamp electronic ballasts are difficult to be realized.Given all kinds of mainstream communication,A hierarchical structure is proposed,which comprises two layers.The first layer adopts the GPRS,and the second layer employs the PLC.It can be applied to the existing HID lamps,which can be upgraded in many aspects,and the goal of "carbon neutrality" will come true.However,the low-voltage distribution network is mainly used for the transmission of electric energy,not for communication,as a result,the second communication network is susceptible to interference.Therefore,it is necessary to keep the high PF of electronic ballasts in different power states,which can suppress the harmonic pollution of the electronic ballast to ensure the efficiency of PLC,and realize the intelligent control of street lamps.Firstly,the paper introduces the electronic ballasts and its networking methods at home and abroad,then analyzes and summarizes the problems of our country.Secondly,we design a new scheme and the key technologies of the system are involved in this paper,such as power carrier.Then we research harmonic sources of the electronic ballast,and from the perspective of power factor correction,we decide to design a constant power factor control circuit with L6562,so we simulate and test the circuit to verify the correctness of the scheme.Finally,we test the communication efficiency of the street lamp electronic ballast.Experiments show that when the circuit works in 100~250W,the THD can be controlled within 5%,the PF is above 0.96 and fluctuates within 0.025,and the efficiency is above 90 %,reaching more than 50% of the power carrier communication efficiency,which has a significance of promoting the electronic ballast based on power carrier communication. |
