| With the exposure of environmental problems and the aggravation of energy crisis,all sectors of society attach great importance to sustainable development,and green building form has become the mainstream trend of construction industry development.Compared with the construction of traditional buildings,green buildings have unique advantages in saving energy and resources,reducing pollution and providing a more comfortable living environment.However,the high incremental cost of green building has become the main factor hindering the development of green building,so it is particularly important to study the cost of green building.This paper studies the cost control of green building,in order to enhance people’s understanding of green building,as the basis for cost control of green building by construction units,and provide reference for practical engineering projects.First of all,through the retrieval and collation of green building related information,the cost status of green building at home and abroad is summarized,and combined with the status quo,the existing problems of green building cost control are analyzed.Secondly,using literature review method and keyword frequency screening method,28 influencing factors of green building life cycle cost are extracted.Combining the advantages of DEMATEL and ism,the skeleton matrix is extracted by using dematel-ism model.The influence factors with complex relationship are shown in the form of multi-level hierarchical graph.The relationship between the influencing factors can be clearly seen.The factors are divided into direct factors,indirect factors and fundamental factors,and 17 key influencing factors are determined.Based on this,a three-level evaluation index system is constructed,It includes 7 ecological indicators,5 technical indicators and 5 social indicators.Finally,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy method are used to quantitatively analyze the key influencing factors,and the weights of the influencing factors are revised by combining the weight results.Through comparative analysis,this paper puts forward the advantages of fuzzy matter-element method,and carries out empirical analysis on the project.The influencing factors are divided into five levels,and the comprehensive matter-element of project cost control is obtained through corresponding calculation.According to the calculation results,the relevant cost control measures are put forward from two aspects of relevance degree and comprehensive priority for green building cost control The feasibility of the evaluation system is verified by a case study. |
