Chinese enterprises have experienced development for more than 30 years and caught up with the rapid rise of China's economy since the reform and opening up.However,most domestic enterprises are looked at;they have gone through a long period of impetuous market development;but there is little time for them to exercise internal force or improve management.Therefore,many enterprises are confronted with the current situation of weak foundation and low management level.At present,many domestic enterprises are in the period of economic or industrial structure adjustment.The senior managers of enterprises have felt the unprecedented pressure of operation and they have resolutely adopted measures such as strategic adjustment,business transformation and process re-engineering,etc.However,it is quickly found that the realization of enterprise management strategy and the improvement of enterprise management situation are closely related to the positive performance behavior of managers and employees,and the improvement of performance management is the first problem they should solve.Based on the results of the employee performance satisfaction survey of BL Company,this paper uses the method of combining theory and practice,analyzes the problems of performance.For example,the performance management of BL company is out of touch with the development of company management;the setting of appraisal index is unreasonable;the data of performance appraisal is not real;the performance management lacks the interaction of employees at all levels;and the result of performance appraisal is not linked to the actual interests of employees;the results of performance appraisal are not linked to the actual interests of employees.It puts forward the optimization scheme of improving the performance appraisal system,including optimization scheme of performance Appraisal Index system of Company level,Department level and Post personnel.Secondly,it puts forward the optimization scheme in the performance appraisal result application.The scope of optimization covers the distribution of compensation and bonuses,post changes and career development.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme,the system and organization safeguard measures,the fund guarantee and the process monitoring safeguard measures are formulated.This thesis aims at solving the existing problems in the current performance management system of BL Company.It also has certain reference significance to the performance management of small and medium-sized IT enterprises in the transition period of development.
