| With the rapid development of China’s economy in recent years,the process of urbanization is accelerating,and the construction industry is developing rapidly.As we all know,the construction industry,especially the domestic construction industry,is a typical human and financial intensive industry with low technology content and low production efficiency.In recent years,on the one hand,the cost of land is higher and higher,and the cost of construction labor and materials is rising;On the other hand,the number of construction enterprises participating in the market competition is rising,which makes the competition become white hot.Under the influence of the two,the survival and development space of construction enterprises is more and more cruel.Therefore,it has become the focus of construction enterprises to adopt the strategic guidance of cost leadership and strengthen cost control.This paper starts with the successful application of supply chain management in the manufacturing field of western developed countries,introduces it into the construction project management of LS company,and elaborates the concept of construction project cost control and construction supply chain,the relevant theoretical basis,research ideas and methods used in the research.Based on the investigation and the support of specific data,this paper analyzes the current situation of LS company’s construction project cost control,and discusses its existing problems.Combined with the classification of the role of construction supply chain,the influencing factors are divided into internal factors,external factors and cross platform factors,Through the interview and questionnaire survey of LS company and its similar enterprises and suppliers in the construction supply chain,this paper uses SPSS software to analyze the key factors affecting the cost control of construction project of LS company and the optimal return analysis of the supply chain value,so as to verify the assumption that the construction project is affected by all factors of the supply chain,It can be qualitatively analyzed by the weight after clustering.So as to find out the LS company construction project cost control optimization countermeasures.Considering the current situation of the domestic construction industry and the subjective initiative of LS company in controlling various factors of the construction supply chain,this paper discusses the external factors of LS company,and points out that the construction of strategic alliance relationship between customers and suppliers needs the support of complete laws and regulations.However,under the current situation,the pure cooperative alliance conditions are not available,It is necessary for LS company to carry out customer relationship management to the important stakeholders in the supply chain;When discussing the cross platform factors of LS company,the characteristics and hierarchy requirements of information platform are emphasized;Finally,the paper focuses on the discussion of the inwardly influencing factors that can be actively controlled by LS company,obtains the optimal cost control method of value chain from the perspective of seeking the critical path and construction method,and assists the cost control related personnel of LS company to make scientific decisions through the material distribution model and algorithm of the operation site.In the construction industry,the relationship from the material supplier to the main contractor,the designer and the owner depends more on the contract terms.Based on this,the construction project of LS company has always been plagued by the existing unfriendly competition,the singleness of bid winning standard,the imperfect contract terms,a large number of changes in field operations and unreasonable risk aversion measures,which makes its cost control more passive and the cost of cost correction higher.Compared with LS company’s traditional way of combining absolute cost and relative cost to control construction project cost,the introduction of construction supply chain management idea can make LS company more controllable,realize integrated activity-based cost management from the perspective of global value optimization,reduce or eliminate unnecessary cost loss,so as to improve operating efficiency.It not only helps to improve the above problems,but also can provide scientific decision-making for cost control analysis at the micro and practical level,so as to achieve the goal of strategic cost leadership,and ultimately make LS company improve the competitiveness of the industry. |
