Prefabricated building has many advantages,such as fast construction speed,short construction period,green environmental protection,small dust on the construction site,disassembly,reuse,low labor demand,high degree of mechanization,so it is favored by foreign developed countries.However,the development of prefabricated building in China is still in its infancy,the development is still relatively slow,the relevant norms and standards of prefabricated building are not perfect,the construction technology is not mature enough,and there is a big gap with foreign developed countries.Moreover,compared with the traditional cast-in-place concrete structure,the cost of prefabricated buildings in China is 20%-30%higher,which is also the key factor restricting the rapid and large-scale development of prefabricated buildings.If we can effectively explore the cost management means of prefabricated construction projects and reduce the cost of prefabricated construction projects,it will be of great benefit to the reform of China’s construction industry and the sustainable development of green buildings.From the perspective of supply chain,this paper takes three aspects of supply chain cost in the production stage,transportation stage and installation stage as the research object,analyzes the influencing factors of prefabricated construction supply chain cost control,and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build a numerical model,combined with engineering examples for simulation,to sort out the influence of each supply chain cost on the prefabricated construction cost The main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the perspective of supply chain,this paper analyzes the construction cost composition of assembly project.From the perspective of conventional cost composition and supply chain,this paper compares the specific composition and cost characteristics of the costs of prefabricated buildings and traditional buildings.(2)Design and Simulation of the cost control model of prefabricated construction project based on the perspective of supply chain.Firstly,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the cost control of prefabricated construction supply chain;then,AHP is used to determine the weight of each factor,and TOPSIS is used to evaluate these factors qualitatively and quantitatively,and the prefabricated construction cost control model based on the perspective of supply chain is constructed.Finally,combined with four engineering cases,the simulation research is carried out to find out the optimal schedule with the optimal cost,and then to find the optimal strategy of prefabricated construction cost control.(3)Cost control strategy of prefabricated project based on the perspective of supply chain.According to the simulation results,specific suggestions on cost control will be submitted. |
