Protection And Planning Of Cultural Towns In Ethnic Areas From The Perspective Of Tourism Development

In recent years,China has continuously promoted the strategy of rural revitalization.The protection and development of historic and cultural villages and towns is an essential integrant of the project of rural revitalization.To implement the Rural Revitalization Strategic Plan(2018-2022)promulgated by the government,the Regulations on the Protection of Historic and Cultural Cities,Towns and Villages has been issued.In order to promote national tourism,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Development of Global Tourism",making the expectation that accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry,improving quality and efficiency,optimizing the circumstances for tourism,and making key strategic deployments for tourism exploiting.The paper focuses on the planning and renewal Construction of cultural ancient towns in minorities areas,and takes Kui Mansion,Sa Mansion,Hou Mansion,crossroads,and ancient residential buildings in Manchu Town on Wula Street as the research objects.In order to integrate the tourist resources of Wula Street Manchu Town,make benefits and promote rural revitalization through plan design and renewal construction,exploit the tourist ecological environment in Wula Street Manchu Town,and set Wula Street Manchu Town as a minority characteristic village suitable for tourism.Using the tourism industry as the drive to promote the development of primary,secondary and other tertiary industries in the region,and promote the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas.The current situation,industrial structure,ecological conditions,human settlements,public infrastructure of Wula Street Manchu Town are concluded and explained through the research methods of reference materials,field investigations and case analysis.The existing problems are summarized and analyzed.Besides,the history,culture and ecological environment of Wula Street Manchu Town are described in multiple perspectives and the historical significance and contemporary value of the current planning and reconstruction of Wula Street Manchu Town are revealed.It is concluded that the protection and development of historic and cultural villages and towns in Wula Street Manchu Town is conducive to the inheritance and development of minority cultures,and beneficial to the sustainable development of local society,and lays a solid material foundation for the regional economic and social development.The article extracts the cultural elements of the Manchu Town on Wula Street through a variety of ways,following the principles of adapting measures to local conditions and sustainable development,and adhering to the development concepts of people first and ecological protection.Incorporate Manchu cultural elements into the design,and formulate planning and transformation strategies for the spatial structure,street scale,building facade,and ecological environment of Manchu Town on Wula Street.The research results of this paper will provide some theoretical and practical significance for the planning and transformation of minority historical and cultural villages and towns.Finally,the author expects that the article can advance the research on historic and cultural towns and villages in Northeastern China.In spite of this,the plan formulated in this article is merely one perspective from tourism exploiting,kind of another piece of the jigsaw to some extent.Although historical relics are precious material cultural heritage,the author puts the focus on protection,reconstruction and utilization,at the same time,it also gives indepth thinking on how to achieve sustainable development on tourism exploiting.Through the plan design and renewal construction of historic and cultural towns and villages,the foundation will be laid for the development of local tourism.On the one hand,it will promote the inheritance and development of minority cultures.On the other hand,it also makes the characteristic culture the internal driving force for regional economic and social development,enables the connotative development of industries in minorities regions,and promotes rural revitalization.
