| With the vigorous development of China’s economy,the engineering survey and design industry has also ushered in a period of rapid development.With the strong support of national policies,the amount of investment is increasing year by year,and the number of enterprises is increasing.Compared with the development of the world’s engineering survey and design industry in the climax period,the development is not inferior.In 2020,affected by the spread of Novel Coronavirus pneumonia,the first time there was a negative growth in the domestic economy.The complex and grim situation put forward higher requirements for the management capacity of enterprises.The engineering survey and design enterprises are facing new competitive pressure and challenges.Therefore,it is necessary to re recognize the market environment of the engineering survey and design industry and establish a suitable development strategy for the enterprise based on reality.In this paper,Beijing A engineering survey and design company as the research subject,the company to highway,bridge and municipal engineering design,the main business is concentrated in Beijing and Hebei Province.With the rapid development of Beijing’s economy and the rapid expansion of business in other provinces,facing the complex market environment,enterprises must use effective strategic means to overcome many internal and external problems,seize the opportunity to achieve market breakthrough,which has practical significance and value for the strategic research of the enterprise.The main research results are as follows:Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment of Beijing A engineering survey and design company by using strategic analysis tools.Firstly,PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external macro environment of Beijing A engineering survey and design company.Secondly,Porter’s five forces model is used to analyze the industry environment of the company.Finally,SWOT method is used to analyze the opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by the company,and QSPM method is used Matrix analysis shows that diversification strategy is the best strategic choice for Beijing A engineering survey and design company.The strategic thinking is: to become a diversified engineering survey and design company with highway,bridge and municipal design as the main mode and engineering consulting and engineering survey planning as the auxiliary mode.At the same time,combined with the development vision and strategic objectives of the enterprise,and aiming at the existing problems and strategic positioning of the enterprise,the corresponding safeguard measures are put forward from the resource allocation,market development,talent management,financial management,brand culture and other aspects.The purpose of this study is to help Beijing A engineering survey and design company to solve practical problems,broaden the road of development,maintain the sustainable development of the enterprise,and provide valuable strategic management basis in combination with the demands and problems of the current engineering survey and design market.At the same time,it also hopes to bring some enlightenment for the development of the current engineering survey and design industry. |
