With the development of digital information technology and intelligence,traditional industrial control networks can no longer meet the needs of power plant development,and Profibus bus technology has begun to be widely used in power generation technology.In the operation of the power plant,the real-time transmission of data and commands is very important,so the research on Profibus bus communication and its testing technology has engineering value and practical significance.Based on the in-depth study of the Profibus bus communication mechanism,this paper establishes a multi-master logic token ring test model based on Simulink/Stateflow,and verifies that the established model meets the characteristics of the Profibus bus communication technology through the control variable experiment.The relationship between the target token cycle time and the bus transmission efficiency and the method of setting the target cycle time to ensure efficient bus communication efficiency are studied;for the Profibus bus communication mechanism,an EDF optimization based on non-preemptive scheduling based on relative deadlines is proposed algorithm.A Profibus communication model based on the optimized algorithm is established,and the model is tested through the control variable experiment.The model meets the characteristics of Profibus communication and verifies that the proposed algorithm has the effect of improving the transmission efficiency of the bus.
