| Assembly-type buildings generally adopt standardized design and standardized construction methods,buildings with green,environmental protection,high efficiency and so on,in order to meet the construction requirements of standardized primary and secondary schools,with the support of national policies,assembly-type buildings have become the mainstream construction of schools around the way.Because the assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings in China’s widespread application of time is not long,the research is still in the primary stage,assembly-type primary and secondary school architectural design still has two urgent problems to be solved:on the one hand,the current assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings are tailored,buildings are difficult to achieve universality.On the other hand,the assembly-type primary and secondary school architectural design steps in series independently,all kinds of information fusion degree is not high,resulting in some of the design components difficult to meet the production and installation requirements,therefore,assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings high adaptability and no lack of personalized design method analysis,as well as the design process of industrial buildings suitable for research is of great significance.The design and design process characteristics of assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings are investigated and analyzed,and the methods of adaptive design and integrated design process of assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings are proposed,the main contents of which are the following four points:(1)According to the research on the construction of primary and secondary schools in Hunan and the production status of component factories,the research progress of assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings at home and abroad is studied,the problems of insufficient synergy between the design adaptability and design steps of primary and secondary school buildings are analyzed,and the development trend of assembly-type primary and secondary schools is discussed.(2)The design method and current design process mode of module unit combination are analyzed in detail from the three dimensions of plane,space and facade.The research shows that the building space of assembly-type primary and secondary schools has modular and standardized design characteristics.In the modular space,there are five combination forms:long-sided flattening,short-edge flattening,long-term edge flattening,front and back dislocation,and interval parallel;The components that affect the design and styling of building facade are mainly exterior walls,doors and windows,porches,balconies and air-conditioning panels.(3)Based on the design characteristics of assembly-type primary and secondary school building module units,planes and elevations,the standardized design principles of assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings are put forward,as well as the methods to improve the assembly-type primary and secondary school building assembly rate,and a set of integrated design ideas for assembly-type primary and secondary school buildings adapted to different site environments,different building mass and different elevation styles are constructed,and the integrated design ideas adapted to the industrial architectural design process are explored.(4)Based on the practical project of building design of primary and secondary schools with assembly steel structure in Hunan Province,the paper focuses on the design of building adaptability and the strategy of integrated design process.The practical results verify the feasibility of the research strategy and provide some reference for the continuous application and popularization of the architectural design technology of assembly-type primary and secondary schools. |
