Large quantity of primary and secondary schools a wide range of mas onry structures, suffer more serious earthquake damage after the earthq uake struck. After the Wenchuan earthquake, national school safety engineering exercise, main purpose of nation-wide, for seismic strengthening of primary and secondary schools, and to increase the overall capacity-building for disaster prevention, bringing the school to focus on earthquake fortification class standard. This article by successive earthquakes in seismic analysis of masonry structure, proposed basic principles of primary and secondary school seismic strengthening design of masonry structures. Study on seismic reinforcement design through the school, made for a super, super reasonable economic reinforcement of school consolidation methods and means, on reinforcement method of precast floor, staircase and the means put forward rationalization proposals. On how the school consolidation work was carried out by the building fire safety, building energy saving in balanced recommendations.
