With the continuous changes and development of market demand,global competition in the manufacturing industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and more and more companies focus on reducing their own manufacturing costs.As the biggest cost waste in the production process,material handling has become a key research issue for enterprises.Material handling is an internal logistics system of an enterprise.The rationality of its distribution,the distance and time of distribution all affect the efficiency of production.Therefore,the optimizations of the internal logistics of the enterprise receive great attention from the enterprise.The paper is based on the research of "proposing problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,and verifying with examples",combined with the occasion of the relocation of a company to expand its own scale of development.This paper uses lean production,logistics engineering and other related theories,take D company’s urban rail assembly workshop and D company’s new plant as examples to study the route of the company’s internal material distribution.The specific research content is as follows:(1)The author read a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,understand the research situation of material distribution routes at home and abroad,analyze the methods,models and algorithms adopted by each,and propose a material distribution method and route suitable for D company itself through the integration of a large amount of data.(2)Before implementing the material distribution improvement plan for Company D,it needs to make necessary lean improvements.This paper mainly introduces the Gantt chart,material classification,material handling and inspection mechanisms.These contents support the optimization and improvement of its distribution path in the following article.(3)The paper analyzes the development status of D company and the related problems found in the investigation,and establishes the mathematical model of workshop material distribution and the mathematical model of location-path of material distribution of the logistics center of D company’s new factory area.(4)The advantages and disadvantages of ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm to solve related problems are introduced,and both algorithms are improved.Combining the advantages of the two algorithms,an improved genetic ant colony hybrid algorithm is designed to achieve complementary advantages to solve the problem of material distribution routes.(5)Finally,the effectiveness,excellence of the model and algorithm are verified through the example of D company,and the improved algorithm is compared with the original genetic and ant colony algorithm.The material distribution path of the urban rail workshop is optimized,and the new site logistics center of D company is relocated and path optimized.The paper uses relevant theoretical knowledge to carry out research on material distribution methods and routes,which can save the cost of material distribution of enterprises and improve the efficiency of distribution.This paper proposes a relatively reasonable distribution plan,and provides certain theoretical guidance and practical reference value for related research require by related manufacturing enterprises.
