Trapped in urban traffic congestion, environmental protection and other issues,bike-sharing,as a resource-saving and environment-friendly way of travel, has been widely praised all over the world in recent years.Under the technological background of "sharing ideas" and "big data",bike-sharing has brought innovative changes to people’s travel and lifestyles.Due to the rapid development of bike-sharing industry, relevant departments urgently need to formulate corresponding management mechanisms to regulate the market. In the face of a large number of bike-sharing,disorderly parking and illegal behaviors have also emerged. The contradiction between the supply and demand of bike-sharing parking lot in different regions is prominent, which greatly reduces the enthusiasm of residents. Therefore,it is necessary to further solve the parking problem of bike-sharing,and accelerate the construction process of bike-sharing parking facilities,so as to standardize the number of parking lots for bike-sharing in cities.By summarizing the previous research results, this paper starts from the characteristics of user preferences, and adopts the method of combining subjective and objective preferences to design the user satisfaction survey questionnaire and observation scale of bike-sharing.and based on the field questionnaire survey and field records.Based on the data information obtained from the field questionnaire survey and records, this paper thoroughly analyzes the riding and parking characteristics of bike-sharing system.By using the SPSS and AMOS data analysis software, this paper uses factor analysis method to evaluate the satisfaction evaluation index and the obtained data. After meeting the reliability and validity test, the structural equation model(SEM)method is used to construct the model framework of bike-sharing user satisfaction, and the relationship hypotheses are proposed. This model is tested for fitness and hypotheses.According to the path weight, the perceived quality and perceived risk are determined as the key indicator variables that affect user satisfaction. Finally, the user satisfaction of bike-sharing is evaluated from different variable dimensions, and the satisfaction index is calculated. Finally, based on the satisfaction evaluation and land use characteristics, the research on the parking allocation of bike-sharing is carried out.First, the relationship between the satisfaction index and the demand for bike-sharing parking lots is quantified, and the key indicators influencing the satisfaction evaluation are determined to quantify the conversion coefficient of the parking lots,so as to construct the quantitative parking demand model for satisfaction evaluation of different land use types.Combining the characteristics of bike-sharing parking lots of mixed land, and based on the urban travel rate index, this paper proposes a parking demand forecast model of bike-sharing in mixed land, which comprehensively considers the influence of metro station, surrounding bicycle infrastructure conditions, location, and parking lot sharing of mixed land on parking lot demand on bike-sharing,and these factors are used as the adjustment coefficients to adjust and optimize the model. Finally, the Qiancheng Jiayuan project in Changsha City is selected as a typical mixed-land case for analysis.According to the model calculation, the scale of bike-sharing parking lots demand of Qiancheng Jiayuan project is constructed.Meanwhile,it is also proved that the method is accurate and simple. The research results of this paper can provide references for the formulation of methods and standards for bike-sharing parking lots demand for construction projects in various regions, and also provide theoretical and practical basis for urban planning and construction of bike-sharing.
