| As concepts such as Industry 4.0 and Smart Manufacturing 2025 are gradually being valued in China,more manufacturing companies need to implement MES systems to ensure the transparency and efficiency of the production process.At present,in the process of industrial modernization in various countries,the development and application of the intelligent manufacturing industry is very common.Through the implementation of MES(Manufacturing Execution System,Chinese translated as "manufacturing enterprise production process execution management system",hereinafter referred to as "MES"),all the data on the workshop site are automatically collected and sorted out by computers,and relevant personnel can use computers,handheld terminals,and Wearable devices can grasp on-site production conditions in real time.Almost all production activities can be controlled and managed by computers.This ensures the normal production process of the production workshop,thus ensuring that the products are of high quality,efficient completion and timely delivery to customers,improving the company’s presence in the market.Competitiveness.In this regard,specific analysis should be carried out according to the specific situation,and the general laws of project management should be grasped to deal with related risks.Through the specific application of literature research method,case analysis method,and analytic hierarchy process,this paper selects FPT company as a case to carry out detailed identification,induction and evaluation of the overall risk of FPT company’s MES project.Finally,the four key risk factors were screened out.After that,this article further made a detailed quantitative analysis of the content and correlation of these risks,comprehensively evaluated and considered the size of each indicator,and determined each in accordance with the order of priority.The level of project risk,and a targeted response plan was formulated from primary to secondary.Target specific solutions.After research,this article draws research conclusions.First of all,this article gives a detailed investigation based on the risk management affairs of this project in the specific implementation and implementation process.The relevant risk content of FPT’s digital workshop MES project planning and implementation can be divided into four items The dimensions are digital transformation risk,change delay risk,technical design plan risk,and digital system management risk.These risks need to be adequately dealt with in the specific implementation process to avoid related threats to the implementation of the plan.In this regard,this article puts forward the following suggestions,mainly including optimizing the design ideas,strengthening the improvement and control of project quality,effectively monitoring the progress of the plan,building a good communication mechanism,etc.,looking forward to the future industrial modernization The risk control of similar projects in the process provides a reference. |
