Water conservancy project is a kind of public welfare project,which has a very significant social benefit.With the continuous development of China’s economy and society,the investment scale and construction scale of water conservancy project are increasing day by day,among which the number of river control projects is also increasing.Compared with hydro-power station and other water conservancy projects,the construction content of river control water conservancy projects is relatively simple,but it is also faced with complex field construction environment and more uncertain factors,especially in the construction process is faced with many risks.In this thesis,the construction process of Guhe Water Management Project in R City is taken as the research object of risk management,the main way of the risk management research is the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),which can identify the risk factors in the process of construction,then we can put forward targeted measures to the risk in the construction process.The research of this thesis is mainly divided into four stages.In the first stage,I read a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literates to systematically understand the research status of water conservancy project risk management,accumulate corresponding theoretical knowledge and methods,and form a literature review.The second stage,the construction process of risk factors for effective identification,mainly using The Delphi Method,after three rounds of expert investigation,the risk is divided into the quality risk,the period risk,the cost risk,and the security risk.Furthermore,12 risk factors such as personnel quality,the construction technology are identified.The third stage,according to the result of risk identification has formed the framework of the project construction process of risk analysis,the score of engineering experts form the corresponding judgment matrix,by using the principle of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate analysis,with the help of MATLAB software programming,analysis and calculation to determine the weight of all kinds of risk factors of sorting and influence on the whole project.The results show that the weighted total sorts risk index,in Guhe water conservancy project in R City construction,safety risk weighting is one of the biggest,should be the most attention.Then there are the quality risk,the period risk and the cost risk in order.The risk factor that has the greatest influence on the risk of the construction process is the construction standardization.The fourth stage,put forward measures to deal with risks,combined with the analysis of the risk analysis phase as a result,put forward response measures to the key risk,so as to enhance the level of risk management in the process of the engineering construction,and achieve better effect of risk management.The research significance of this thesis lies in two aspects.First,in terms of case selection,Guhe water conservancy project in R City is a small and medium-sized river governance project.There are a large number of such projects,and the research is of great practical significance.Second,in this thesis,combining with specific cases,the application of the results of risk analysis in the risk response,more targeted and operational,for other river water conservancy project construction management in the process of risk management has a certain reference value,for other water conservancy projects at the same time provides some reference to the risk in the process of construction.
