A Study On Cost Management And Control Of International Housing Projects

After more than 40 years of development,China’s construction industry has made rapid progress,making an important contribution to the growth of the national economy,and has become the mainstay of the national economy.However,the construction industry itself is a heavy capital industry,with very large investment in the early stage.The refined construction cost control in the bidding,design and construction stages is the key to the smooth progress and success of project completion acceptance.Therefore,in order to make profits in the fierce market competition,it is necessary to adjust the organizational structure,improve the capital structure,reduce various factors in cost management,reduce costs while ensuring quality,and enhance the effect of project control.In the past construction project management,cost management is mainly carried out in the budget link,carrying out systematic pre-evaluation work,supporting the bidding and design of the project.In this paper,the typical overseas housing construction projects as an example,the use of fuzzy comprehensive algorithm to explore the establishment of mathematical models,analysis of the research results of cost management and control,cost management and quality control of the index system for the construction of multiple regression analysis.This paper discusses the establishment of the decision-making model of the index system,and based on the requirements of EPC project cost control,strictly controls the design change and on-site approval,and implements the complete project cost control of the whole life cycle.Based on this,this paper mainly studies the following aspects: firstly,it discusses the background,significance and methods of this paper,summarizes the results of previous studies,and makes an in-depth analysis of relevant theoretical knowledge.Secondly,based on actual engineering cases,the paper discusses the relevant factors affecting the cost control,constructs a perfect index evaluation system,and reconstructs the current construction project cost management and control process.Again,for the cost of project construction process,such as artificial cost and material cost,equipment cost,cost of capital in multiple regression analysis,the construction of the mathematical formula of operating model,adopts the method of fuzzy analysis,for the risk coefficient of budget overruns were discussed,so as to study the optimal model of the cost control and management.Finally,the paper systematically summarizes the results of the case,discusses the role of the research on the construction project cost control theory and practice,and points out the limitations of the research.
