Assembly building is an environmental protection and green construction mode that components can be constructed quickly by factory production prefabrication,transportation and field assembly.Assembly building is the development direction of construction industrialization.According to the concept of green energy-saving development,it is the only way to subdivide and enhance the competitiveness of real estate and construction enterprises.This choice is also an important step in the implementation of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to win the "blue sky defense war".The cost of prefabricated buildings in China is higher than that of conventional cast-in-place buildings,in which profit is the blood and lifeline of enterprise development.At this stage,the high cost is an important factor limiting the rapid and large-scale development of prefabricated buildings.It is a key competitive advantage for the development of prefabricated buildings to provide high-quality buildings and services based on cost reduction.At present,BIM is a more advanced technology in the construction industry.It is highly integrated with prefabricated building technology,which can realize the visualization,standardization and Simulation of cost management in the whole construction process,and effectively improve the cost management level of prefabricated buildings.Compared with traditional architecture,BIM Technology is more suitable for the high-quality development of modern building structure.This paper takes cost management as the main research object.Firstly,it analyzes the development status of Bim and prefabricated buildings,compares their advantages with existing theories,and analyzes the cost differences between prefabricated buildings and traditional pouring buildings according to the requirements of different assembly rates.Combined with analytic hierarchy process(AHP),it analyzes various factors that affect the cost of prefabricated buildings in different stages of construction period In this paper,BIM Technology is used to control the cost of each stage of prefabricated building construction,and the application of BIM Technology in each stage of prefabricated building is introduced.With the help of BIM visualization,simulation,interactivity and cloud computing,this paper analyzes the cost management path of prefabricated components in each stage.In the design,production,transportation and construction stages of components,BIM Technology is used to control the cost of prefabricated buildings,so as to maximize and improve the cost management means of prefabricated buildings.Finally,an engineering case is given to prove the cost management based on BIM The validity of the model.The research results of this paper have a certain effect on the cost control of prefabricated buildings,and help to promote the rapid development of prefabricated buildings.
