With the continuous growth of the global population and development scale,climate change and energy pollution bring many hidden dangers.Environmental problems such as greenhouse effect and land desertification,while restricting economic growth,seriously threaten human health.Construction industry is the basis of the global people’s material production,if its pollution level is effectively reduced,it will greatly affect the global environmental problems.The development of "green building" is a breakthrough in solving global pollution.Green building project can effectively reduce environmental pollution,but its advantage is only the tip of the iceberg,which brings great social and economic benefits.Only in combination with China’s national conditions can we be more conducive to the development of green buildings.At present,BIM technology and green building are widely respected in China.Green building brings overflowing social and economic benefits,but its cost control is difficult,resulting in the stagnation of green building development.Fortunately,BIM technology just solves the drawbacks of simply paying attention to the cost control of green building.How to better integrate BIM technology and green building,which are two new concepts,has become an emerging point of cost control in the construction industry.According to the strong logic analysis ability of life cycle theory,the green building project based on BIM technology is divided into cost control stages.According to the construction points of different stages,the problem of green building cost control is broken one by one.Through excavating the development background of the construction industry,this paper analyzes the two popular concepts of the construction industry,"green building cost status quo" and "BIM technology use status quo",and puts forward the adaptability of BIM technology and green building in cost control.The possibility of using BIM technology to improve the life cycle cost control of green building projects is discussed.At the same time,through the actual case analysis,fully verify the effectiveness of BIM technology in green building project life cycle cost control.First of all,according to the concept of life cycle,"BIM technology" and "green building" two concepts are analyzed in stages,to find out the two concepts in the life cycle of each stage of the implementation of the key points,and the corresponding software.Secondly,using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to establish the "BIM-based green building engineering cost control model",according to the characteristics of green building construction,find the key factors affecting the cost and rank the importance.Through the analysis of the results,it effectively points out the keycontrol points in each stage of the life cycle of green building project,and takes corresponding measures to control the cost.Finally,through a specific case,the organic combination of BIM technology and green building engineering is fully demonstrated,and the key factors of cost control are effectively constrained,so that the project can complete the cost control task at all stages of the life cycle.The study on the cost control of green building project based on BIM technology can provide investors with a wise decision-making reference for green building investment,effectively promote the development of green building,and contribute to the second burst of China’s construction industry.
