Research On The Planning And Design Of Rural Health Base

Rural health care tourism is a cross industry combining rural tourism and health care industry,which can meet people’s yearning for the slow pace of rural life and the increasing demand for health care and pension,and provide a new direction for rural development.But at present,the rural health care tourism in China is still in the initial stage of development,there are many problems.Firstly,this paper analyzes and summarizes the related theories and concepts of rural health care from the perspective of tourist experience,based on network text analysis and IPA model.At the same time,it analyzes and summarizes the existing problems of domestic rural health care tourism planning from the perspective of typical case development and operation,and puts forward problem oriented planning strategies.Based on the planning strategy,the planning process of rural health care base is studied,and the planning content is elaborated in detail.Based on the proposed planning process,the case planning of rural health care base in the moon bridge village is studied.The results are as follows(1)Through network text analysis,the post tourism experience of rural health care tourism can be summarized into 15 concepts.Through IPA analysis,it can be seen that the village environment,folk history and culture,ecological environment and so on have development advantages;the perception of crowding environment,service facilities and service level are low;the importance of accommodation environment is high,but the satisfaction is low,so it is urgent to rectify.(2)From the perspective of tourists and typical case operation and development,it is found that there are some problems in domestic rural health care tourism,such as unreasonable planning of destination area,lack of scientific planning of accommodation industry and single structure of health care industry.It also puts forward the planning strategies of market-oriented location planning,industrial integration development planning,improving rural facilities and improving the quality of health care experience.(3)The planning process of rural health care base is divided into preparation stage,planning stage,evaluation and demonstration stage and improvement and implementation stage.In the planning stage,the current conditions of the base are analyzed and the strategic route is formulated first,then the overall content of the base is planned,and the implementation scheme is constructed to ensure the steady progress of the whole planning and construction.(4)Taking the moon bridge village in Hangzhou as an example,according to the proposed planning system,the rural health care base is planned as a health care tourism demonstration base and a livable rural ecological residential area,demonstrating the practical value of this paper.
