The Planning And Design Of Healthy Care Characteristic Pastoral Complex In Liquan Village,Zouping County,Shandong Province

Recently,with a series of policies and guidelines on the sustainable and healthy development of rural areas,such as the rural revitalization and the beautiful countryside,more and more attention had been paid to how rural areas find a development path with Chinese characteristics.a green and sustainable track has been pointed out by the appearance of rural complex for rural development.Considering the integration of ecology,production,life and three industries,the idyllic complex not only provided a feasible material and environmental condition for rural construction,but also made suggestions for the long-term development of rural areas from the perspective of rural connotation and industry.The health and well-being idyllic complex enriched the connotation of its own development.At present,there are many studies and practices based on health and well-being industry and related leisure resorts,and the idyllic complex has also attracted more scholars’ attention,but there are few plans and designs that integrate the above two characteristics.Firstly,the author analyzed the relevant theories of health industry,health promotion,and five senses therapy,and then conducted case studies from East Idyllic Complex of Yangshan Pastoral in Wuxi of Jiangsu Province,Shihankou Leisure Agriculture Garden in the Luoshan Country of Henan Provice and Provence Country Resort of France.Finally,based on these theoretical and practical studies,the following five principles should be followed in the planning and design of health and the wellbeing idyllic complex: systematic principle,ecological priority principle,regional principle,characteristic principle and cultural principle.In addition,the following five design strategies should also be adopted: Excavating site memory and inheriting historical culture;Integration of landscape elements and system planning and design;Equipped facilities with humanized and high-quality health care service;Satisfied the health and well-being needs of body,mind and nature;Integrated of three industries and driven the development of regional economy.Based on the above principles and strategies,the Idyllic Complex with Health and Well in Zouping Liquan of Shandong Province was planed and designed in this paper.In the specific planning and design,it is not only to raise the body,but also to raise the heart and nourish.Furthermore,cultural elements such as native Zhongyan Fan and the hometown of calligraphy should be combined to construct venues related to mind and nature cultivation.In addition to the public buildings for health and well,residence was also an important factor to be considered in the idyllic complex.The characteristic health and well-being idyllic complex of Zouping had set up three home stay facility by combining the three themes of sweet water,flowering fields and forest.Through the research of the thesis,we will give suggestions for the planning and design of the rural complex with health and well-being characteristics.
