Research On The Influencing Factors Of Sustainable Poverty Alleviation In Ningxia Photovoltaic Industry From The Perspective Of Farmers

Poverty has always been a worldwide problem that has attracted much attention.As an important part of poverty alleviation in the world,my country’s poverty alleviation and development have roughly gone through five stages,of which the targeted poverty alleviation stage has achieved the most significant results.Poverty alleviation in the photovoltaic industry is one of the top ten targeted poverty alleviation projects with Chinese characteristics.With the support of the party and national policies,Ningxia was listed as one of the first pilot provinces for photovoltaic poverty alleviation and launched a large-scale photovoltaic industry poverty alleviation project.While making outstanding contributions to the fight against poverty in Ningxia,it also laid a solid foundation for the transition of the photovoltaic industry from "industrial poverty alleviation" to "industrial revitalization".This article takes the distributed photovoltaic industry poverty alleviation in Yuanlong Village and Hongsibao District,Yongning County as the research object,and uses a combination of field visits and questionnaires to gain an in-depth understanding of the local basic situation and the implementation of photovoltaic industry poverty alleviation.Based on the perspective of farmers,combined with survey data,and using the gray correlation advantage analysis model,the factors affecting the sustainable poverty alleviation of the photovoltaic industry in the two places were measured,analyzed,summarized and compared.On this basis,summarize the common problems faced by the two and propose countermeasures.Through this research,we found that during the implementation of photovoltaic industry poverty alleviation,farmers have a low level of education and it is difficult to change their ideology;the implementation of photovoltaic industry poverty alleviation has little effect on promoting farmers’employment and increasing farmers’ income;grassroots government service awareness Weak,common problems such as unclear status of asset income by farmers.In this regard,this research believes that it is necessary to increase the investment in education to change the thinking of farmers;improve and innovate the property rights income model to increase the participation of farmers;improve and improve the operation and maintenance management mechanism to ensure the orderly implementation of policies;adapt measures to local conditions and innovate development.Promote employment and increase the income of farmers;increase publicity and explanations,increase transparency in policy implementation,and optimize the implementation of poverty alleviation in the photovoltaic industry.
