| The construction industry is one of the important economic industries in China.With the development of economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the competition in construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.The actual demand of construction projects is large and the corresponding construction time is long,which generally has the common characteristics of complexity and triviality.From the requirements of modem management ideas for construction enterprises,a scientific and reasonable construction project cost control system has a great impact on the economic benefits of enterprises.At present,China’s research on construction project cost control is not perfect,some construction enterprises’ current construction project cost control methods are experience-oriented,and do not conform to the requirements of modern enterprise management.It is easy to appear that economic interests do not match the needs of enterprise development.Therefore,construction enterprises must improve the level of engineering cost management in the process of project implementation,build a reasonable cost management system,and escort the smooth implementation of construction engineering projects.This paper choose the Ningxia Z construction engineering co.LTD.as the main object of analysis,to construction engineering project cost control related theory as the foundation,in Z company finances were analyzed in nearly three years,after combining the Z company construction engineering project cost,cost control system,the cost control system and process,etc.Taking Z Company’s major and representative project in the past three years--the Phase Ⅰ Project of Z Community as a specific case,this paper comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in cost control of construction projects of Z Company.This paper from the different stages of construction engineering project implementation Z company in construction engineering project cost control is not reasonable place and the reasons were analyzed,and found that due to the lack of implementation,make the enterprise the current target cost control become a mere formality,at the same time,the quality of the enterprise in the pursuit of project cost overruns phenomenon appeared.So according to the Z company in the construction project cost control of the deficiencies,the paper suggested that Z company perfect its cost control system,jumped out to a single mode of cost control theory,the method of earned value theory and the current enterprise target cost control method,implements dynamic monitoring for construction project cost control.In the premise of quality and quantity of construction projects to effectively reduce the cost expenditure,so that the enterprise has a better business development The combination of earned value method and target cost control method can help promote the application of theoretical knowledge such as project management and cost management in the management practice of the construction industry,and can also provide some experience and help for other construction enterprises to control the cost of engineering projects. |
