Research On Emergency Management Of Large Area Blackout In Huanggang Power Grid

Electric power has brought great benefit to the national economy and society,and become one of the main energy consumption indispensable to the human society.Power supply has a direct impact on national security,social stability and people’s Daily life,especially the large-scale blackout which may caused great harm to the society.However,with the continuous expansion of power grid scale and the grid connection of renewable energy such as wind power and photovoltaics,the complexity of the power grid is increasing,and the stability of power system is seriously threatened.In 2019,the continuous occurrence of blackout in Argentina,Uruguay,Venezuela and other countries had caused serious economic losses and social unrest,which also prompted governments,power enterprises and other countries Relevant departments pay more attention to the construction of power system emergency management.With the methods of literature research,case study and interview,this paper takes Huanggang power grid as the research object.By reviewing the“1·4”freezing snow disaster in Huanggang,the paper analyzes the current situation of emergency management of blackout in Hanggang from three aspects:government,state grid and the other,points out the existing problems and it’s causes.And on the basis of summing up the experience of the blackout in the United States and Canada,the blackout in Russia in 2005,and the blackout in Australia on September 28,the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the emergency management of large area blackout in Huanggang power grid.
