Research On The Roof Waterproofing Project Scheduling And Control For SG Family Residential Areas

In accordance with the requirements of Beijing municipal committee and government that "building SG into a large-scale comprehensive conglomerate with international influence",SG Iron and Steel Group Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "SG")has spared no efforts to build up an excellent and powerful enterprise in the steel industry,and been concerned about the supports for 94,000 workers’ production and life as well.There are ten SG family residential areas which are completed after years of construction since the 1960s,the total construction area is 3.25 million square meters,with a living area covering about 3.5 square kilometers.Today,the buildings in SG family residential areas are generally aging seriously,especially the roof waterproofing and leakage problems have seriously affected the normal production and life of SG workers.Therefore,SG approved the implementation of roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas in 2018.The project is related to the immediate interests of SG workers and the long-term development of SG,thus how to guarantee the construction quality and timely completion of project is an important topic for the research on scheduling and control of roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas.In this context,the main objectives of this paper are to apply the theoretical knowledge of construction project and project progress management to the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas,and explore how to guarantee the construction quality and timely completion in a scientific and reasonable way with the limited labor,fund and material resources.The main contents of research include the following aspects:(1)Summarize the background and significance of this paper,the development and current situations of project management at home and abroad,the research approach,contents and methods of project management,and the main contents and structure of this paper.Introduce the project and project process management,as well as the innovation trends of project scheduling,process control and project process management.Discuss the corresponding preparation,optimization,implementation and control measures for the scheduling of the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas.(2)Introduce the background of the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas,the project profile and project organization overview;and analyze the relevant stakeholders of the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas.Determine the scope of the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas with certain project management methods such as responsibility assignment matrix and work breakdown structure(WBS)chart;design the construction organization chart of the project,analyze the project construction structure and decompose the structure step by step.(3)Focus on the progress optimization and control of the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas,conduct the in-depth analysis of project progress control and prepare the project scheduling.Optimize the project step by step using the time scale selection,logical relation adjustment and resource input alteration methods.Prepare the progress control process of the roof waterproo fing project for SG family residential areas,and ensure the timely correction and adjustment of the progress errors and deviations during the implementation of project.Through the application of project scheduling and control management methods to the roof waterproofing project for SG family residential areas,this paper summarizes the project research results with SG characteristics with tremendous economic and social benefits.
