Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Supporting The Development Of New Energy Vehicle Industry By Jinzhou Municipal Government

With the increasing number of cars,environmental pollution problems and depletion of oil resources are becoming more and more serious.The emergence of new energy vehicles can effectively solve these problems while replacing traditional fuel vehicles.Countries around the world have begun to vigorously develop new energy vehicles.As early as during the "Eighth Five-Year Plan" period,the State Planning Commission’s key scientific and technological projects have "project research on key technologies for electric vehicles".By the beginning of the 21st century,China has clearly defined the goal of developing new energy vehicles,gradually introduce relevant policies and actively guide and promote the development of new energy vehicles.The development of China’s new energy vehicle industry is in the stage of growth.At this stage,the guidance and support of government plays a vital role in the development of new energy vehicle industry.The popularization and development of new energy vehicles will facilitate the optimization of industrial structure while facilitating travel and protecting the environment,to add new impetus to the industrial economy,local governments at all levels have also actively introduced a number of initiatives to develop local new energy vehicle industry.Jinzhou city has a good foundation for developing new energy vehicle industry,the new energy vehicle project is about to be put into production,and the auto parts industry is in a transitional stage,the Jinzhou Municipal Government seizes the opportunity of the country to develop new energy vehicle industry,plans and layouts the new energy vehicle industry,and actively promotes the development of local new energy vehicle industry.First of all,it introduces the three research methods of literature analysis,comparative research and interviewing used in this paper,as well as the theoretical basis of government intervention theory、comparative advantage theory and SWOT analysis.Secondly,this paper takes new energy vehicle industry of Jinzhou city as the research object,and analyzes the current foundation、industrial status、existing problems and causes of developing new energy vehicle industry in Jinzhou city.Thirdly,it analyzes the measures taken by Dalian,Shenyang,and Fushun municipal governments to promote the development of new energy vehicle industry,and summarizes the advantages of developed cities in developing new energy industry initiatives.Finally,on the basis of the experience of developed cities,relevant government departments and enterprise’s proposals,proposing to develop new energy vehicle industry from three aspects:improving the planning and layout of new energy vehicle industry,improving the construction of new energy vehicle industry policy system and optimizing the service environment of new energy vehicle industry,contribute to my own strength for accelerating the development of new energy vehicle industry in Jinzhou city.
